Pastors/Overseers Billy & Asha Perkins

Billy W. Perkins Jr. was born to Billy W. Perkins Sr. and Suvilla Douglas in Dallas, Texas, as the fourth child of six children. Even as a young man he was known for his business-like mind and his strong work ethic. Even though the odds were stacked against him and many people believed he was only fit for manual labor-oriented jobs, God fashioned these hardships in a way that made Billy open to the unconditional love and purposes of God. After running from God and engaging in self-destructive behavior for over twelve years, Billy accepted Christ in a parking lot alongside Pastor Cindi Anderson and Apostle Jimmy Clark. The visionary of his home, Billy Perkins has a sincere love for God and desire to live a life that pleases the Father and develop a ministry that leads others to this revelation no matter what the cost.

Asha R. Perkins was born to James & Betty Chaney, as the second child of three children, through prayer after her parents were barren for seven years. She accepted Christ at the age of 12, but the full revelation of the grace of God has been an ongoing revelation. Being blessed with the gift of writing, the Lord God graced her with travel overseas and audience in the National Library of Congress. In young adulthood, Asha went through a self-inflicted season of pain and tribulation that she thought she would not survive, however, God’s plan for her life was far greater than her disobedience. When she finally submitted to God, He opened up even many more doors of opportunity including meeting and marrying the person she was created to be a world-changer with, Billy W. Perkins Jr. She is excited to be a part of God’s Kingdom plan and used as a voice for Him in this dispensation.
